The system is suitable for lamination of printed and unprinted substrates like BOPP,PET,PA,PE,ALUFOIL and metalized film for general purpose and medium performance
The warranty is 12 months in 25-30°C when stored in unopened original drums
The adhesive should be preheated at 40°C before to use, to achieve correct mix ratio and uniform mixing.
The adhesive coating weight should be 1.5-3.5 gr/m²
Curing time for rewinding and slitting is between 18-24 hrs. Complete cross linking occurred within 7-10 days at ambient temperature. Storage at elevated temperature reduces the curing time (use hot chamber). Manufacture of triplex laminates is possible 12 hrs. after duplex production.
